I love settlement checks

I haven't worked for a retailer in nearly a decade, and I'm still getting settlement checks every couple of months. I'm good friends with an employment lawyer, and a running joke we have is that everyone should work for a certain big box retailer that shares it's color scheme with this website. Not because you're going to learn anything, you wont. You'll be paid and treated like shit, but if you do it long enough, you'll get settlement checks for life. Sometimes they're $10, other times, a couple hundred. The store specific ones are the best, because they could net you literally thousands.

On another note, Charlie Kirk was murdered. Murdering political opponents is wrong, obviously. Kirk was a huge pussy and complete asshole, but nobody deserves to be gunned down for having stupid opinions. That's not how this country works, and whoever did it is even worse than Kirk was. Who's to say he couldn't have been turned around? Not everyone is a dickhead forever. Words will always be better than weapons.

Charlie Kirk didn't believe in empathy, but I do. My heart genuinely goes out to his family. My only advice to them is to stay off of social media right now. There are so many sick people celebrating this. You're a horrible person if you're doing that regardless of political views. In fact, you're no better than Donald Trump and his stupid little buddies.

Don't be killing CEOs either, the settlement checks their crimes generate cover so many restaurant bills nationwide.
